MHA Attends Morning Colors Ceremony

MHA West President Col. Jim Napier (USMC Ret.) and Chairman Chester Park attended the 1st Division's quarterly morning colors ceremony at Marine Corps Base in Camp Pendleton, California on August 14. The ceremony is to recognize Marines and Sailors for outstanding performance.
