MHA Leadership Attends National Foundation Day of Korea Celebration Reception
MHA Chair Chester Park and Vice Chair Colonel James Napier (Ret.) attended the National Foundation Day of Korea Celebration on October 2, 2025, hosted by the Consul General of the Republic of Korea.
On this significant occasion commemorating the founding of Gojoseon—the first ancient Korean state—MHA extended its heartfelt congratulations to the Korean-American community and the people of Korea. The presence of MHA leadership at this event underscores the enduring friendship and shared values between the United States and the Republic of Korea.
The main celebration of the Foundation Day is scheduled for October 16-19 as part of the annual Los Angeles Korean Festival.
